Based on this research, we define a comprehensive design scope to identify potential products with a sharp focus on innovation. Next, we embark on sketch-level design ideation.”

He further explains, “Typically, we generate 20-30 ideas for each product, which we carefully narrow down to three to four concepts. These ideas then undergo CAD engineering and prototyping. Subsequently, we seek feedback from parents and children to evaluate ergonomics and aesthetic acceptability. In the final stage, the selected design undergoes multiple rounds of refinement and testing to ensure it meets our stringent technical standards.”
